Pack and Go Tips
|
|
|
To run your presentation on another computer, use the Pack and Go Wizard. This PowerPoint utility puts everything you need
into one file.

|
End your PowerPoint slideshow with a black
slide
|
|
|
1. Click the Tools menu and select Options.
2. Select the View tab.
3. Check the End with black slide
check box.
4. Click OK.
5. Now, when you click through the last slide in your presentation, a black screen will automatically display. Press any key to end the presentation.
Note:
Make sure you set this option for each computer you use. This is a PowerPoint setting, not a presentation setting.
